This privacy notice is designed to give you information about how we collect and process your data through registration with us or through the using our website.

 

Our website is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

• Pet Data, including the name, species, breed, gender, insurance records and medical history of your pet(s).

• Financial Data, including bank account and payment card details.

• Transaction Data, including details about payments to and from you and other details of products and veterinary services you have purchased from us.

• Technical Data, including internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access our website.

•    Usage Data, including information about how you use our website, products and veterinary services.

• Marketing and Communications Data, including your preferences in receiving marketing from our third parties and us and your communication preferences.

 

We also collect, use, and share Aggregated Data, such as statistical or demographic data, for specific purposes.

Marketing

We may occasionally suggest products or services we feel maybe of interest to you. We require consent before hand and this can be gained when you register with us by conforming your consent verbally. You can with draw consent to any marketing from us or a third party at any time but sending a request by email.

Our website uses cookies to assist with functionalities such as security, network management, and accessibility. Our website may also use non-essential cookies, such as Google Analytics, to help us to improve our website by collecting and reporting information on how you use it.

 

Finally, our website may use marketing cookies to promote products which you may find interesting. These cookies will, in almost all cases only collect anonymous data.

General data such as contact information, client names and information regarding your pets for six years after they cease being customers or using our services for legal reasons.

* Request access to any data we hold about

* To ask how we use your data

* Request changes made to the data we hold about you

* Remove any data we hold about you if this data is being held for no good reason

* Remove data if we have used it unlawfully

 

You can request a copy of any data we hold about you at anytime. Requests can be made by email and will be provided in a clear way. No fee is required to access your data. Any request made will be processed with 30 days from the request being made.No fee usually required however we need to satisfy ourselves of your identity before forwarding any data to you.

These can include:

* IT system providers (UK based and EEA bases as well as non EEA bases where appropriate safe guards are in place

* Professional advisers such as lawyers, bankers, auditors  or insurers bases in the UK and EEA

* HM Revenue & Customs, regulators and any other authorities.
